Payments, Shipping & Returns

We use PayPal and credit/debit card payments.

Shipping Policy

UK Shipping:

Items will be shipped within 2 - 7 business days of payment clearing.

Shipping time may be longer for pre-order items as we require up to 4 weeks to handcraft your item(s), depending on the volume of orders coming through. Please be sure to allow extra time for your delivery during busier times, i.e. Bank/Public Holidays and Christmas/New year.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for Delivery for all orders to ensure that your items are fully insured while in transit.

All parcels will be tracked, and a tracking number will be provided.​​

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for Delivery - £6.30 - £9.99

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery - £7.00 - £16.85

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - £16.38

International Shipping:

Items will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days of payment clearing.

We provide tracking on all International purchases.

Delivery time will depend on your country, usually between 5 - 14 business days; however, delays can occur.

All International orders are tracked shipping via Royal Mail.

As a buyer, you are responsible for additional customs fees; please inquire about those for your specific country before ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can exchange our products within 14 days. Simply contact us within 14 days from receiving your parcel to arrange to exchange your item(s). Item must be shipped back to us in its original condition (with labels still attached and items in a re-saleable condition) within 14 days after the exchange was authorised.

We cannot accept any exchanges that fall outside our exchange policy. Items that arrive to us outside of this policy will not be eligible for an exchange and will be returned to the customer.

Please contact us via our contact page to authorise your return to return an item.  You must provide us with your order number, name, payment/shipping address, and email address used at checkout.  Once we locate and confirm your order, you will receive our returns address.


Please ensure that you return your item(s) via a signature service with a tracking number and the correct value insurance as we are not responsible for lost parcels shipped back to us.

Made-to-order items are non-refundable.


International returns must mark the parcel with 'RETURNED GOODS RELIEF' and the customs document marked as 'Returned Goods NCV' (No Commercial Value). You will also need to place the original shipping label and invoice inside the parcel to avoid customs charges; otherwise, customs will believe that you are the seller rather than returning an item you want to refund or exchange. If your parcel is not returned this way and customs charges are raised, you will be responsible for these charges, and charges will be deducted from your refund.
